Ivars Ozolins, MBA

Ivars Ozolins is a leadership coach, strategist and educator. He has spent over two decades researching, developing and teaching the practical application of peak performance strategies to leaders in some of the world’s most respected organizations. He has been recognized for his entrepreneurial approach in working with owners, senior leaders and high potentials from many sectors of business, government and society. He blends contemporary business practices with neuroscience, somatics, systems thinking and mindfulness-based practices. His clients come to see different, think different and do different – and get better results with less stress and more fulfillment.

Ivars began his career in retail banking, where he managed both the P&L and staffing for a zone of branch offices with over $300 million in deposits and more than 20,000 accounts. Leveraging these talents and his passion for developing leaders, Ivars led Executive Development for Nestlé USA and co-founded its pioneering Innovation Lab. He helped implement an organization-wide leadership program for a major healthcare company, and advised Fortune 200 companies on large-scale change initiatives as a Strategy Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Ivars has been an invited speaker on topics including leadership, strategy and innovation, at the Lean Innovation Summit, American Society for Training & Development, Product Development Management Association, International Consortium for Executive Development Research, American Indian Chamber of Commerce, and the MBA and Executive MBA programs at USC and UCLA.

He received his post-graduate training in leadership coaching from Georgetown University and his MBA from the University of Southern California. He and his beloved family live in Southern California.
